Beautiful set of 3 ceramic bowls with acacia wood lids sit atop an acacia wood base. The bowl area routed out just enough to prevent unnecessary movement and avoid spillage. Each bowl comes with an acacia wood lid. The ceramic bowl is perfect for dips, salsas, dressings and quesos and is dishwasher safe.

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy for all eligible products. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. It must also be free of any stains, odors, or damage caused by the customer.

Proof of Purchase

To initiate a return, you must provide proof of purchase. This can be in the form of a receipt or order confirmation email. If you do not have proof of purchase, we may not be able to process your return.

Return Process

To start the return process, please email our customer service team at support@luxnwood.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and reason for return in the email. Once we receive your email, we will provide you with a return shipping label.

You are responsible for shipping the item back to us, and all shipping costs are non-refundable. Please ensure that the item is packaged securely and that you retain proof of postage.

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets the eligibility requirements. If it is deemed eligible for return, we will process your refund within 1-5 business days. Please note that it may take an additional 2-5 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund. Please note that you may be required to provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect.

Refund Amount

Refunds will be issued for the full purchase price of the item, minus any shipping costs. If the item was part of a promotion or discount, the refund amount will reflect the discounted price.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the item you would like.

International Orders
